City of Pelham

The City of Pelham was incorporated in July 1964 and since that time all city records have been maintained in a paper format, which has been a great concern of mine. On February 17, 2010 the City of Pelham began testing and implementing the MyCitySAFE Document Management System. In just a few short weeks we have scanned into MyCitySAFE agendas, minutes, ordinances, deeds, resolutions, vehicle titles, and contracts. As time allows, we expect to complete the scanning of all documents by September 2010.

During our testing period we have made suggestions to TriNovus to enhance MyCitySAFE, making it more “user friendly” for municipal governments. The entire staff of TriNovus has been a pleasure to work with and have been proactive in their response to our questions and suggestions.

The ability for the mayor, city council, employees, the public and media to have complete and immediate access to all public records is a tremendous asset in our efforts to be transparent in city government.

The City of Pelham has been very pleased with MyCitySAFE and we look forward to continuing our relationship with TriNovus.

Sincerely,
